SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are sent out from our Byron Bay home-studio. We send out orders as soon as we can, usually the next day at the latest, however this can sometimes slip to within 2 business days, if we are doing an out of town market for example. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, this may come the day after the order is posted.
Please provide a secure daytime delivery address, we do not require signature on delivery as standard, if you would like signature on delivery, please put this as a note at checkout.
We use Australia Post for all postage.
Regular speed (approx. 3-5 days from dispatch) $10 for orders up to $150 and free for orders over $150.
Express postage (approx. 1-3 days from dispatch) $15.
We use Australia Post international service and charge according to shipping zones.
Zone 1: New Zealand $20
Zone 2: Asia Pacific $25
Zone 3: US and Canada $27
Zone 4: UK and Europe $33
Zone 5: Rest of World $39
Orders outside of Australia may incur additional import duties & custom charges, please see below.
Please be aware that International orders take between 5-10 days to arrive after they have been dispatched. In some cases this can take slightly longer. Delivery times for international deliveries are estimates and Cor won't be held responsible for customs hold ups and roadblocks that may occur.
Please get in touch via email if you need your purchase by a particular date. We will do what we can to accommodate your needs. Extra charges may be applicable for expedited postage. Though all effort will be taken, no binding guarantee can be given for delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES
When you make a purchase with Cor you are liable for all duties and taxes on your order. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. If you refuse delivery of your order due to customs charges or import duties, we will deduct the cost of returning the order to us from your original order value and a refund will be issued for the difference.
It is important you fill in your correct address when ordering. Cor cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order or if an order is taken from your delivery location, if you are concerned about your delivery location, please leave note asking for signature on delivery at checkout. Please email us if your garment does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry for you with the relevant postal service. The postal service will then get in contact with you with an update.
We use 100% bio-degradable polybags for sending out orders as well as for the garment bags that the clothes arrive to us in. These bags will break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin, however they can take a while to break down in a typical home compost system, we use a worm farm to deal with the garment bags we receive as our chickens have access to our compost pile and the worms enjoy the poly bags much more than the chickens.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your purchase please let us know by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, reasons and/ or exchange requirements.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
We do not offer refunds for Pre-Orders.
All items must be returned in a secure and waterproof courier bag.
All items must be returned to Cor within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by us, it is your responsibility.
All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
A further delivery charge may be required for sending out all exchanges.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available or refund through your original payment method.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your return.
