COR is based in London Fields, UK and Brunswick Heads, Australia.

Orders placed from the UK are sent from London Fields. Orders placed from Australia and the rest of the world are sent from Brunswick Heads, Australia HQ.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. This timeframe excludes weekends, public holidays and busy sale periods. Please feel free to get in touch if your order is time sensitive and we will do what we can to help.

If your order is a gift; please leave a note in the comments section of the website alerting us and we will omit pricing information from your delivery. We send out cards with each order and are happy to write a message on your behalf: please put any requests for this in the notes section at checkout or email us hello@corclothes.com.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address; unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for any missing parcels.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

For the time being we only offer standard shipping:

Standard Shipping (approx 2-3 days from dispatch) £4.50 or free for orders over £100

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all postage.

Standard speed (approx. 3-5 days from dispatch) $10 or free for orders over $150

Express postage (approx. 1-3 days from dispatch) $22.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Australia Post international service for shipping outside of the UK and Australia and charge according to shipping zones.

Please be aware that International orders take between 5-10 days to arrive after they have been dispatched. In some cases this can take slightly longer. Delivery times for international deliveries are estimates and COR cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups and roadblocks that may occur.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES

Please be aware International orders (excluding Australia and the UK) may incur additional import duties & custom charges which the customer is liable. All orders delivered to the UK and Australia are delivered with all duties paid and are not liable for additional charges.

When you make a purchase with COR you are liable for all duties and taxes on your order. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. If you refuse delivery of your order due to customs charges or import duties, we will deduct the cost of returning the order to us from your original order value and a refund will be issued for the difference.

MISSING PARCELS

It is important you fill in your correct address when ordering. COR cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order or if an order is taken from your delivery location. Please email us if your garment does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame at hello@corclothes.com. We will lodge an enquiry for you with the relevant postal service.

PACKAGING

We use 100% bio-degradable mailer bags for sending out orders as well as for the garment bags that our collections arrive to us in. These bags will break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.
