We understand that when shopping online, it can be a gamble and in some cases you may wish to return or exchange your purchase.
We offer hassle free returns and exchanges up to 14 days after your order has been received. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please let us know by email at hello@corclothes.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, reasons and/ or exchange requirements.
All returns and exchanges must be returned to Cor within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your return and a notification will be sent when your refund/exchange has been completed.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your order, due to the limited nature of our pieces, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item. If you do not wish to be out of pocket in the meantime, please email us hello@corclothes.com and we can put aside your exchange item until we have received your return.

Australian customers can post the items back to our return address below or create a print at home return label HERE, in which case we will deduct our standard shipping rate from your refund.
If you do not use our return label, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by us, it is your responsibility.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns and exchanges must be returned to Cor within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe. All items
must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We do not offer refunds for Pre-Orders.  
We do offer refunds on sale items. This excludes items listed as 'FINAL SALE
NO RETURNS.'

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, (other than for faulty items). If you have received free shipping on your order, we will deduct our standard shipping rate from your refund.

REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS
If a discount was applied to your original order that would not apply to your revised order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Example; we offer free shipping over $150/£100, if multiple garments are purchased, bringing the total order over
$150/£100. If one or more garments are then returned, (bringing the value
of the kept portion of the order below $150/£100), we would deduct our standard shipping rate from the refund issued for the return.
SALE ITEMS, PROMO CODE OFFERS AND DISCOUNTED
ITEMS
If you purchased your item on sale and would like to return your original order and purchase in a different size, please reach out via email and we will provide you with a unique discount code so that your replacement item (in the new size) can be purchased by you at the matched price of the item you are returning.
